Civil Supervisor

We are currently seeking experienced Site Supervisors for several permanent roles across the Adelaide metropolitan and regional areas. These positions sit within established civil contracting firms specialising in major infrastructure and urban development.

Whether your expertise lies in high-volume Road & Infrastructure upgrades or Urban Subdivisions, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Direct site crews and subcontractors to deliver civil works safely and efficiently
• Manage labour, plant, equipment, and materials to meet programme requirements
• Maintain a strict "safety above all else" culture and ensure full environmental compliance
• Review plans and specifications to identify risks and resolve daily site issues proactively
• Monitor project progress, quality standards, and budget performance
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and project stakeholders

What You’ll Need:

• Minimum 3–5+ years’ experience in a Supervisor role within civil construction
• Proven experience in road construction or urban/residential development projects is highly regarded
• Solid understanding of civil drawings, specifications, and QA processes
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage site resources and contribute to budget goals
• A valid White Card and Australian Driving License are mandatory
• Willingness to work at various metro sites with occasional travel to regional SA if required
